EXCHANGE & RETURNS POLICY

RETURN ANY PRODUCT(S)
All our product(s) is carefully handled and ensured that each shipment is thoroughly inspected before it leaves our premises. However if you receive a faulty/damaged product(s), then we request you to contact us and we will sort it as quickly as possible.

Embers.in . reserves the right to refuse exchange, based on the condition of the product(s) being returned.
CONDITIONS OF RETURNING PRODUCT(S):
Conditions For Return:
Please make Sure you will make a unboxing video of the product, while unboxing the packet else No Returns are Accepted.
Product Should be in Un-used Condition
Products should be returned or exchanged in their original packaging along with original price tags, labels, instruction sheets and invoices. (for e.g. shoes must be packed in the original shoe box as well and returned), and should not be broken or tampered
If the product has a gift associated with it, the gift has to be returned along with the product in original condition
For all purchases where a discount voucher or promotion code is used, the refund amount shall exclude the discount applied
We’ll do our best to take care of you. We will accept exchange of Bra (Bralette Bras, Cami Bras & Tube bras are not included) Pyjama Nightwear Set and Shorts Set within 7 days of your purchase.
A. Embers.in . does not accept returns of product(s) that is subjected to destructive conditions. We does not accept returns of product(s) that is:
- Tags removed.
- Smell of body odor/perfume.
- Lotion/body glitter on them.
- Not returned in original packaging.
- Clearance sale product(s) is non exchangeable. This means you cannot return a clearance product(s) due to dislike/quality/sizing/color. It is a final Sale.
B. The product(s) that falls in the above conditions is not eligible for returns and will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense.
C. Considering the intimate nature of our merchandise and hygienic standards of certain product(s), we regret that it is not possible for us to accept returns on the following product(s):
- Nightwear (Except Pyjama Nightwear Set and Shorts Set)
- Bra – Accessories
- Bralette Bras
- Cami Bras
- Lingerie Sets
- Tube bras
- All Accessories
D. We do exchange Bra (Bralette Bras, Cami Bras & Tube bras are not included), Pyjama Nightwear Set and Shorts Set, if it comes under the size issue/the garment received was faulty. Based on the availability and preference, we’ll send a replacement product(s).
E. In the welfare of hygiene, we may refuse returns of product(s) that show visible signs of having been worn, washed/soiled.
Note: Exchange of product(s) is entertained only once. Exchange orders* are not eligible for return or refund.
DEFECTIVE/WRONG PRODUCT(S) REPLACEMENT:
We apologize for the inconvenience caused to you by receiving a defective product(s). In order to sort it on priority, kindly contact us at Support Portal with the following the details:
- Mention the order Id in the subject line for reference.
- Attach a Snapshot/photo of the fault / damaged product(s) indicating it. Once we receive the mail, our team reviews the damage. We will resolve this in the best way possible for you and will do our best to provide an enhanced service.
INITIATE A RETURN
Ensure the product(s) you would like to return meet our Policy
A. Exchange request must be made within 15 days from the date of product delivery.
B. If you need your product(s) to be exchanged, call us at +919971170251
C. You can also contact us at Support Portal mentioning the order Id in the subject line for reference. After receiving your request, our customer care team will give you a call and confirm the same.
D. Next, the reverse pick-up will be initiated with our courier partner.
E. Our courier partner will get in touch with you and the pickup can be done within 48hrs of time.
Note: We are not responsible for any product(s) that is returned to us by mistake.
F. Once we receive the product(s), it will be sent to the examination team.
G. After getting the approval, we will process your request.
Note: Product(s) must be returned with the following:
- Properly fold & placed as received.
- With all tags attached in the original packing
- Boxed in their original package
- Attachment of the original Invoice slip
H. The refund on all prepaid orders will be credited to your Embers wallet ONLY. You may use the entire/partial amount from the wallet to place your next EXCHANGE ORDER*.
In most cases, we will have the product(s) picked up from your place within 48 hours of approval.
In case, Reverse Pickup is not available in your area, you may send us the product(s) through any authorized courier service. Your exact courier charges will be reimbursed with a ceiling of Rs.75/- in your Embers wallet.
TIME TAKEN FOR AN EXCHANGE/ISSUING OF REFUND
All exchange/refund will be processed as soon as we receive the original product(s) back in our warehouse. Once received, it will take minimum 5 to 7 working days to process any exchange /refund by credit in your Embers wallet.
Once we receive the product(s), it is examined and after the approval, we initiate the exchange/refund.
You may cancel your order within 24 hours from the time of order placement. To cancel your order, please contact us at our Support Portal with its order Id in the subject line for reference.
In an extreme case,Embers.in . may cancel orders for any reason like the product(s) is out of stock and there are no plans of restocking it, pricing errors/credit card payment is declined by bank. Our team will call you and notify you on the same.
CANCEL AN EXCHANGE REQUEST
All you need to do is call us at +919971170251 and cancel the exchange request.
RETURN A PRODUCT(S) PURCHASED ON A DISCOUNT/OFFER:
Embers.in . gives you great deals and offers for the customers to get the best trends of the Season. Product(s) bought under discount during offer sales, special promotions, coupons or promo-codes cannot be returned.
Considering few reasons, we follow certain exchange policy for the Offer product(s) as below:
- Product(s) can be exchanged if faulty/damaged.
- Only Bra (Bralette Bras, Cami Bras & Tube bras are not included), Pyjama Nightwear Set and Shorts Set are allowed to be exchanged if it comes under size issue.
